Relaxation massage

Relaxation massage

Are you busy and in need of some me-time? Come visit us for a relaxing massage.

How we feel directly affects our bodies. High levels of stress not only lead to a full mind, but can also lead to headaches, tense muscles, and overall discomfort.

Our relaxation massage is designed for anyone experiencing stress, but you are also welcome if you don't have any symptoms and simply know you deserve this moment of bliss.

Sports massage

Sports massage

Our sports massage is specifically designed for people who work out frequently and focuses on improving their athletic performance, speeding up muscle recovery after a workout, and restoring and preventing injuries.

It's a firm and stimulating massage. Using techniques like compression, friction, stretching, and deep massage, the underlying tissue is loosened and knots are released from the muscles.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage

Do you suffer from (chronic) pain or tension in your body or head? Then a deep tissue massage might be something for you. Deep tissue massage is a firm and intensive massage, similar to sports massage, but it focuses more on treating the entire body and addressing chronic pain, tension, and stiffness in the deeper layers of muscles and fascia.

Deep tissue massage focuses on treating deep tension, regardless of the cause. Using slow, focused, and firm pressure, deeper muscles and fascia are massaged, which can help release toxins and knots and reduce chronic pain. The massage focuses on the entire body, but specific areas can receive more attention in consultation with you.

Head and neck massage

Head- and neckmassage

Many people suffer from headaches or (early) repetitive strain injuries due to poor posture. Do you spend a lot of time at the office or at the computer? Do you suffer from tension in your neck, shoulders, or head? Then come in for a head and neck massage.

This treatment focuses on your upper body and relieves tension in this area. We work with pressure points, starting with the upper back, arms, and shoulders, and gradually working our way up to the neck and head.
